We manage a pool of business and career mentors, and we support youths and women to connect and learn from these mentors based on individual needs.

How it works

• SOIFoundation support system is a pool of mentors in paid or self-employment with significant results and achievement in their areas of endeavors.
• We identify them and match them with participants from our CPP and BPP programs to provide them with tailored support for 3 months.
• All supports contact sessions are tracked by our Support System program team to ensure objectives of the program are achieved.
• All mentors are trained and licensed by SOIFoundation yearly.
