The upskilling Academy is SOI Foundation’s approach to ensuring
youths and women have access to the trainings and mentorship
needed to acquire applicable skills required to create or secure
sustainable jobs.
UPSKILLING ACADEMY::
We design and facilitate contextualized trainings for youths and women to gain the needed entrepreneurial, soft and technical skills needed to secure employments or create jobs for themselves and others
Career Preparatory Program – CPP
- • CPP is a 4 weeks immense online and offline
training program for “about to be” or young
graduates in Africa.
• It’s made up of 8 life applicable courses
• Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays
• All programs are offered for free by experienced
professionals
• An optional paid certificate is issued
• Certified participants are offered a 3 months
career mentorship and advisory support.
Business Preparatory Program – BPP
- • BPP is a 4 weeks immense virtual training program
for youths and women who want to start small
businesses in Africa.
• Curriculum is made up of 8 life applicable courses
• Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays
• All programs are offered for free by experienced
and practicing entrepreneurs.
• An optional paid certificate is issued
• Certified participants are offered a 3 months and
mentorship/advisory support.
